All Inclusive Drinks at Coconut Bay

Why celebrate rum just once a year? Whether your drink of choice is a Rum Punch or one of our other signature cocktails, as a Coconut Bay guest you can sample the best rum in St. Lucia every day. Go ahead a pick your poison from the delicious St. Lucian rums below, or try them all! After all, they are included at no charge!

    • Chairman’s Reserve: This amber-colored rum matures oak casks and is aged for an average of five years. Its most prominent flavors are honeyed fruit, ripe raisin and spicy vanilla. Try it with coconut water for a completely Caribbean cocktail.
    • Bounty Rum: This golden-colored, medium-bodied rum is light and clean. Its balanced flavor of ripe sultana fruit, vanilla and spice has helped Bounty earn the reputation of embodying “The Spirit of St. Lucia.” Loved by locals, this rum is perfect for mixed drinks, like our signature Coconut Cloud cocktail available at the Lobby Bar.
    • Crystal Rum: This white rum is crisp and smooth. Its sweet, citrus notes are perfect for tropical mixed drinks. Try it in a frozen Mango Pina Colada from our swim-up pool bar for a truly tropical treat.

Caribbean Rum

Rum is a huge part of the Caribbean’s culture, and Coconut Bay guests that want to learn more about – and taste – St. Lucia’s award-winning rum can do so at the St. Lucia Rum Distillery. Founded in 1972, this distillery is an iconic part of St. Lucia. Guided tours include a short film and factory tour and commences in a carnival extravaganza with steel drums, costumes and a rum buffet of the distillery’s 25 different products.

Get connected to the Lucian spirit! Our helpful concierges will be happy to help you book a tour to St. Lucia’s only remaining distillery.
