Blend of Creole and Latin Flavors

Calabash contemporary Caribbean menu with Latin flavors. Chef showcases contemporary Caribbean cuisine with a mouthwatering blend of Creole/Latin flavors. Local seafood including snapper, tuna, and marlin are showcased in our daily special while fresh produce including micro sprouts, herbs, tomatoes, and bok choy grown in our own green houses. Our own coconuts are harvested to coat crispy coconut shrimp drizzled with a citrus and ginger beurre blanc, and sweet raisin chutney is for dipping jerk spiced chicken fritters, all would transport you to a tropical paradise if you weren’t already here.

Smart Resort Wear dress code for adults, and children 12 and over. Please refrain from wearing gym shorts, t-shirts, bathing suits and beachwear, flip-flops, cut-off jeans, tank tops and sleeveless shirts for men, or baseball hats.
