Seasons Veggie Bistro redefines vegetarian and vegan cuisine in Saint Lucia. As more of our guests embrace healthy eating and lifestyle choices, whether you’re a dedicated vegan, a flexitarian, or simply looking for a fresh, flavorful meal, we are excited to offer an inspired menu and an authentic farm-to-table experience. We source over 90% of our ingredients from local farmers complemented by harvests from our two on-site greenhouses. Your dining experience features hummus-making tableside, with you creating your own blend using a traditional mortar and pestle. Nightly specials highlight in-season local ingredients from callaloo and dasheen to jackfruit and passion fruit.
