Thank you for joining Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa and Serenity at Coconut Bay’s new travel agent booking portal, a tool developed to assist in tracking your bookings and commission. Our Portal allows you to book direct and receive the lowest guaranteed rates in addition to providing up to 15% commission per booking.
COMMISSION POLICIES: Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa provides 10% commission on individual wedding packages, 13%
commission on individual direct bookings, or 15% commission on group bookings booked directly with the resort on the phone or on our website. A group is considered 5 rooms, staying 5 nights or longer. Serenity at Coconut Bay provides 15% commission on bookings made directly with the resort on the phone or on our website. Commission will be provided within 30 days after guest departure via wire transfer. NOTE: HOTEL ONLY bookings are eligible for commission. The Air portion of package bookings is NOT commissionable. PERKS FOR YOUR CLIENTS
As a registered travel agent, we will send your client a personal note from you with a welcome amenity in their room (on arrival day) when booking through our website or by phone. We will also provide an exclusive $25 Spa certificate for use on any 50 minute or longer spa therapies. In order for your clients to receive these benefits, please notify us of their arrival date and provide your personal note no sooner than one week prior to arrival. In addition to a commission of up to 15%, Verified Travel Agents can also earn Reward$ per booking registered in our Agent Reward$ program CBAYRESORTREWARDS.COM or SERENITYRESORTREWARDS.COM. Special Rates are available for Verified Travel Agents in Low Season only. Low season is considered 1 week after Easter Sunday to December 20th each year. Agent rates can be requested HERE or via phone 877-252-0304.
