The Express Start to Your Caribbean Vacation
When you request early check-in, you sign all of the papers we need from you ahead of time on our website. When you arrive at the resort, then, the check-in process is as simple as handing you the key to you room and wishing you a wonderful stay. You don’t have to worry about handing over credit cards, signing forms, and other tedious tasks when all you want to do is go out and see the island.
And that’s not all. Early check-in doesn’t cost you a penny. In fact, once you request it online, we’ll give you the option to download a coupon book offering more than $400 in savings!
How to Request Early Check-In
Requesting early check-in is as simple as visiting our website. Our early check-in page will ask you for your personal information, the credit card you’ll place on file, and your signature or initials in a few places. We’ll also ask you more about your trip — such as whether this is a honeymoon or group visit — so we can be sure to offer you the most personalized experience possible.
To make sure we have everything ready for you when you leave as well, the form also asks about your departure flight and time. We’ll come get your luggage a half hour before you depart, or at 11 AM, whichever is sooner. Anyone with a reservation can request early check-in three to six days prior to arrival.
