You can find fresh greens right from the island in the salad bar in Coconut Walk and in the salad offerings through all our restaurants. Tropical fruits like mango and pineapple grow readily on the island as well. Breadfruit is another popular local pick you must taste if you want to eat like a local. This starchy fruit is typically prepared more like a vegetable, sautéed, baked or fried. This is a popular accompaniment to salted cod and Jerk pork.
