What would a wedding celebration be without good food and drink? If you plan on having your wedding or vow renewal with us, our new wedding menus are sure to delight. In addition to our four package menus, we have a la carte options that allow you to customize your menu.
Gold Wedding Menu
With our gold wedding package, you get a buffet option and an a la carte option. With the buffet, you’ll have your choice of three salads and/or appetizers, two entrees from our grill, two sides, and a delicious dessert, along with a wedding cake, of course! With the a la carte option, you’ll have one selection each from the appetizer, entrée, and dessert menus. The gold menu includes delectable dishes like jerked beef flank with red wine glaze, lemon and herb marinated fish filet, and mushroom risotto.
Diamond Wedding Menu
If you have at least 30 guests, we invite you to enjoy our diamond wedding buffet menu. You can start your guests with three delicious salads—such as our seared beef salad with mint—and/or appetizers—such as our tomato and mozzarella with candied onions. For the main course, you can select three entrees, many of which are Caribbean dishes, including the Saint Lucian Style Creole Fish Filet, Herb Encrusted Red Snapper and even a delicious Jerk Dusted Porkloin with Apple Compote. The a la carte menu has even more options.
Platinum Wedding Menu
The choices continue with our sophisticated platinum wedding menu, which also offers a buffet option (for at least 30 guests) and an a la carte option. Start off with a light pasta salad with salmon confit and choose up to three entrees, including the savory pork medallions with mushroom and cabernet glaze. On the a la carte side, we give you the option of making any of our dishes a “duo,” with your choice of garlic shrimp, jerk chicken breast, or grilled snapper.
Pearl Wedding Menu
Our most elaborate menu, the Pearl menu has a vast selection of appetizers, salads, entrees, and sides to choose from. To give you a taste of what you can look forward to, our appetizers include fresh shrimp cocktail and lobster salad. Sides include our uniquely Caribbean shrimp mac and cheese and vegetable lasagna. You also have your choice of shrimp, beef, fish, Cornish hen, and lamb for an entrée!
