- Chairman’s Reserve: This amber-colored rum matures oak casks and is aged for an average of five years. Its most prominent flavors are honeyed fruit, ripe raisin and spicy vanilla. Try it with coconut water for a completely Caribbean cocktail.
- Bounty Rum: This golden-colored, medium-bodied rum is light and clean. Its balanced flavor of ripe sultana fruit, vanilla and spice has helped Bounty earn the reputation of embodying “The Spirit of Saint Lucia.” Loved by locals, this rum is perfect for mixed drinks, like our signature Coconut Cloud cocktail available at the Lobby Bar.

Caribbean Rum
Rum is a huge part of the Caribbean’s culture, and Coconut Bay guests that want to learn more about – and taste – Saint Lucia’s award-winning rum can do so at the Saint Lucia Rum Distillery. Founded in 1972, this distillery is an iconic part of Saint Lucia. Guided tours include a short film and factory tour and commences in a carnival extravaganza with steel drums, costumes and a rum buffet of the distillery’s 25 different products.
