Organically Grown Produce
Craftsmen are building, chefs are testing, gardeners are growing and designers are creating exciting new dining options for you. The fruits of their labors are now ready for you to experience and taste. We now have 8 restaurants, new menus and fresh grown produce at all of them from our own greenhouses. All the tomatoes and peppers served in our restaurants are organically grown and harvested right here at Coconut Bay. Seedlings of lettuce and microgreens as well as herbs like mint and oregano are being nurtured too and with our horticulturists’ green thumbs we look forward to having even more veggies to love.
No Reservations
No reservations required for Coconut Bay’s best new restaurant featuring your favorite spicy Caribbean food; the Jerk Tree House is a casual, laid-back dining spot built around and in a massive tree with a beautiful vantage point taking in the ocean and the colorful Splash Pool. Pork and chicken rubbed with our secret jerk marinade are grilled to crispy perfection, while fresh caught fish is gently transformed in foil. Then pick your sauce or create your own mouthwatering combination to dip or drizzle. Even the refreshments are local with our very own homemade ginger beer sparkling soda and fresh squeezed sugarcane juice (a pour of rum is optional) topping the list. And it wouldn’t be a Coconut Bay restaurant without Coconut Cakes made with our favorite homegrown ingredient.
Greathouse at Serenity
Award-winning Executive Chef Dennis Boitnott is redefining the farm-to-table fine dining experience at Serenity’s Greathouse Restaurant. Ingredients sourced from local farmers, regional producers and our own gardens and greenhouses are blended in a modern take on Caribbean Fusion inspiring a menu rediscovering great flavor.
Plan on lingering together on the Greathouse porch before dinner with your favorite cocktails in hand. The pool and fountains are colorfully lit creating a beautiful, cascading display that is peaceful to watch. Inside, the light atmosphere and modern design transform traditional elements of a grand manor house, both sophisticated and relaxed with the unmatched service of Serenity.
Imaginative menus may introduce you to new ingredients and make old favorites unforgettable. Dip Char Grilled Octopus in a classic garlic aioli. A Mango Mignonette dresses a Seafood Cocktail of smoked marlin, conch and shrimp. Today’s catch of Blackened Mahi-Mahi brings a throat-tickling heat paired with a velvety sweet butternut squash. For desert the homemade ice cream and sorbets will leave you surprised at how fast you reach the bottom of the bowl and you’ll discover the magic marriage of caramel and rum.
The Greathouse Restaurant is part of the experience at Serenity, but a limited number of seatings are available for Coconut Bay guests for an upcharge. Check at the Reservations Desk for details.
