Bring a little Saint Lucia and Coconut Bay to your next gathering.
What you need: 2 oz Chairman’s Reserve Rum, ¾ oz of fresh lime juice, ¾ oz simple syrup, 1 sprig and 6 mint leaves and club soda.
How to make it: Gently muddle the mint leaves with simple syrup and the lime juice in the bottom of the serving glass. Add Chairman’s Reserve Rum and the ice. Top the glass off with club soda. Stir and garnish with the mint sprig. Cheers!
