We’re proud to debut brand new menus for two of our signature restaurants — Silk, serving modern Asian cuisine, and Capri, serving Italian cuisine with Caribbean flair. Their menu makeover features items that are sure to make your mouth water. Remember, both Capri and Silk are part of our all-inclusive packages, so you and your guests can enjoy the new menus as many times as you wish with no extra cost.
Enjoy Mandarin-Inspired Dishes at Silk
Silk’s new menu gives you three enticing options to start your meal. The restaurant offers three different soups, including the delectably spicy Thai red curry soup. If you’re in the mood for fresh sushi, Silk offers choices like the California roll and spicy tuna roll. In the way of appetizers, we highly recommend the fried crab rangoon — which has just the right amount of kick to it — or the crispy tempura shrimp.
Once you’re ready for the main course, you’ve got some tough decisions to make because Silk’s new menu is full of delicious options. Depending on what you’re in the mood for, you can go with our teriyaki beef, snapper sizzle plate, curry chicken, sweet and sour pork, or any one of our many other dishes. Of course, you can’t have Asian food without rice — Silk offers white, vegetable fried rice, chicken or beef fried rice, or lo-mein. Put the icing on the cake by pairing one of Silk’s many fine wines with your meal.
When Italy Met Saint Lucia: Capri Restaurant
You may have had Italian before, but you’ve never eaten Italian quite like this. Always a guest favorite, Capri fuses traditional Italian cooking with Caribbean cuisine, and the result will have you loosening your belt by the end of the night! Kick off your dinner with an appetizer like our calamari in marinara sauce or our mussels marinara.
For your entrée, you’ll notice on our new menu that each item is a conventional Italian dish—such as spaghetti. But there’s a twist — our talented chefs have given a little Caribbean flair to every entrée. For example, you can dine on our Spaghetti “Castries,” our Penne “Sourfriere,” or our “Roseau” Lasagne. You really can’t go wrong with entrées like that. Our new menu also features several gourmet pizzas—we really love the Margherita pizza ourselves.
