Awesome and Fun Vacation with my Mother I made our reservation on 13 April 2026. Confirmation: 676K6LjXvF Confirmation: 676G41F3zU Delta itinerary: 73418795557076 --- My mother and I had a great time from start to finish. We were supposed to arrive on 12 August and check out on the 21st. However, our flight was cancelled and there were no flights available the next day. So we lost two days. I emailed Dahlia to see if we could add these two days to our reservation. Dahlia jumped right in to help us without hesitation. She forwarded my email to Sylvina. She told us that extending our stay would be no problem. We were so happy that this was possible, especially since they weren't charging us extra. This set the tone for our holiday. Every employee we met was friendly and willing to help. Here are a few who stood out from the others. Sepherine – housekeeper Dahlia – concierge Fee – concierge Sylvina – reservations Sharm Dillan Kevin Dre Bertha Gania Lester Kiara Beverly Our rooms were clean and our housekeeper was great. She provided us with everything we needed. The food we had was great. We tried every restaurant and the buffet. We enjoyed our time at the Harmony Pool. The drinks and service were great. Coconut Bay Delivered on Location, Beautiful Property, Great Food and Staff, but There's Some Things You Should Know Atmosphere was always lively, and the entertainment and activities were fun. The Manager's Cocktail Party in the Lobby was fun and they give away great prizes. Rooms were spacious, clean and upgraded. The rain shower head was great, but it took a minute to get hot and the water pressure in the sink was low. The balcony provided views of the resort and the beach, and at sunrise it was peaceful and serene. Rooms were not soundproof and noise traveled from either guests in the halls or entertainment happening on the resort. The food was abundant, flavorful, and you never go hungry here. Snacks were readily available, including popcorn, nachos, hot dogs and soft drinks. I absolutely loved the Coconut Walk Market Place and this was my go-to for most meals. Shenika recognized us very early in our stay and would always give us a table by the windows to enjoy the breeze when there was one. I didn't have one bad meal while I was here. Jessica was so sweet and we would always get our ice cream with a smile. The Jerk Tree House was fast, tasty and the service was great, but not the most accessible location. There's a lot of stairs. The french fries at The Cove were so good and always cooked to perfection. The Veranda, which is for Harmony guests only, was easy to get to and provided outside dining with a nice view of the ocean, but one tip is that it's hot in August and there's birds flying around looking for food. I really enjoyed the 2 outdoor entertainment nights with the buffets and shows. The staff works hard setting up for these events and I appreciate the efforts. Shout out to the event staff who set up the themes each day. I really enjoyed that. I didn't dine at Silk or Calabash because those same cuisines are available in the Market Place during your stay. I did dine at Trattoria but wasn't overly impressed. The Italian night in the Market Place was much more enjoyable with a larger menu. Tari was the first face that we saw at the airport when we arrived and every time we saw him he greeted us with a smile. He was so personable, like a lot of the staff here, and I really feel like some of them care about the guest experience. We took two tours that we booked through the resort and thoroughly enjoyed both of them. They weren't inexpensive, but I always believe that you get what you pay for. Chango (aka Snoop Dog) and Kenson were informative with a great sense of humor and they both always ensured that we captured the most memorable moments on the tours. The Land and Sea Adventure took us to the most beautiful parts of the island the lunch was delicious! The Foam Party at the Harmony Pool was on the highlights of my week. That was a party!!!! As other people have mentioned, the unsupervised children here could make or break your experience. The amount of running through the resort, jumping into and swimming in the lazy river didn't make for a relaxing time. One area for a huge improvement is the departure. I've suggested that there be a queue for the airport shuttles to reduce tension regarding who arrived at what time. I think it would be improved if you were signed up when you check out and then called by room number to board, otherwise, it's just a large mass of people gathered in the front with no line and everyone just walks up, sometimes, going ahead of others even when they arrived first and were seated due to the inability to stand for long periods of time. Overall, I really enjoyed Coconut Bay and would return here with different expectations. I was here on business and had the opportunity to do a site inspection and see a lot of the resort that most guests don't get to experience. One was the Serenity at Coconut Bay. This is absolutely phenomenal for couples looking for luxury, privacy and butler service. Here, you can totally disconnect from the outside world.

Amazing summer trip Wow what an amazing all inclusive trip. I would say this is the best all inclusive we have been to in the Caribbean. Everything we ate and drink was amazing. The kids enjoyed the slides. The pools are grounds are kept clean. Service was top.

Lasting memories We had an amazing time at Coconut Bay, this was our 3rd trip to the resort. It definitely will not be our last! Elzea made our trip especially memorable. He was in charge of the daily activities. He had everyone participating in the pool volleyball, lazy river race, the lawn games, etc. His infectious laugh and energy kept us going. My daughter is already wanting to know if we can go back and keeps talking about what an amazing time she had. Thank you Coconut Bay for a wonderful stay and a special thank you to Elzea for the special and lasting memories that were made.

Absolutely fab! Brilliant holiday, everything is catered for and the adults only area is great. All the staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is great. Everything is spotless and the staff are always busy keeping everywhere clean and tidy. The location is great but the beach isn't on the calmer side of the island but they are working hard to sort the seaweed problem out. It didn't take away from our fabulous holiday as they provide free shuttles to other beaches if you feel the need to go although there are so many activities and entertainment it's not necessary. The holiday was great value for money as it is all inclusive including premium drinks and free rum tasting which is fab and you aren't forced to buy anything it's just another experience they offer and a must do! The rooms are nice and bright and spacious too so all in all loved it.

Excellent!!! My stay at Coconut Bay was amazing. My family and I had a great time, food was great, the staffs were super friendly and courteous. I was very happy with my room, very clean and comfortable. Shakira welcomed us on our arrival, she answered all questions we had during our stay. She is a professional at what she does. Thanks Shakira, we will surely be back. Anyone who is looking to book Coconut Bay Resort as their family vacation, should book early and enjoy a piece of paradise. Please book early because the resort gets to its capacity quick. If you plan on traveling next year, you have to book as early as this year. Overall ratings from me and my family is 10/10.

Exceptional Service, Amazing Food, & Unforgettable Experience! My family & I had such an amazing experience at Coconut Bay Beach Resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They welcomed us off the shuttle from the airport with cool cloths that smelled like lavender & their juice of the day made fresh every morning. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, & attentive. The level of hospitality truly stood out. The food was consistently delicious with plenty of variety, & we genuinely looked forward to every meal. The main dining hall opens for each meal, but the resort also has several “restaurants” that are included in the package that you need to check out! Be sure to make “reservations” at the front desk on the first day that you arrive! Our favorites were Silk, Veranda, & the Italian restaurant! We also booked several excursions during our stay & were so impressed with the quality, organization, & experiences they provided. The Land & Sea Tour is a must! By boat, you get the opportunity of visiting Soufriere, Sugar Beach, & snorkeling the Caribbean! The pricing was fair in my opinion. Between the food, excursions, atmosphere, & incredible staff, Coconut Bay made this a trip we will cherish & always remember. I also wanted to shoutout two specific staff members that went above & beyond to make this trip unforgettable! Gania was our dinner server at our reservations most nights. He quickly made us feel at home with his exceptional service & attitude! He is the perfect combination of professional and personable— always attentive, welcoming, & genuinely enjoyable to talk to. Seeing a familiar, smiling face at dinner each night made our meals feel extra special. It’s the little personal touches that can turn a great vacation into an unforgettable one, & Gania absolutely did that for us. We truly appreciated the care he put into making every dinner a unique experience! Thank you Gania! We also have to give a very special shoutout to Shaka, who served as an essential part of our morning routines! She works as a barista & made our iced coffees the way we wanted every day! Wonderful independent resort - highly recommend Our family of four visited Coconut Bay in June of this year for 10 days of Caribbean chill. The TLDR version: Loved this place. Clean, chilled wonderfulness. Lovely food with a good choice, really nice rooms, some staff were amazing, some just okay. Pools were great, beach was unusable because of Sargassum. But all in all a lovely hotel and if we can, we’ll be back. War and Peace version: Hygiene: really clesan Housekeeping was very good: Towel arrangements on the bed every day and little notes as well, mini bar was restocked each day but only with water, apparently housekeeping don’t stock soft drinks or alcohol which is a first for me. Restaurants: The main buffet was very good, plenty of choice and a daily change to the theme: from Mexican, Caribbean, Italian etc. staffing here could be a little grumpy at first but we realised why when we saw how some of the guests were talking to the staff – no respect or courtesy. Once we gave a smile, a please, a thankyou and a good morning, and how are you today we were rewarded by the most amazing smiles, laughter and wonderful service. Flip Flops for fast food and snacks during the day: variety was really good, quality was fairly good – mostly fast food and what was needed during the day. Calabash and Silk: Both served really lovely food, Silk in particular, plenty of options, all really well presented and very, very tasty. Service was great too. One major issue for us in both restaurants: the lack of soft furnishings means they are like echo chambers and with any large tables of loud guests it can be very overwhelming as the sound levels are huge. Be mindful of that if this is an issue for you as it was for us. Veranda: We figured out a way around the above when we found out you could have the same menus from Calabash and Silk on the Veranda. This was a wonderful way to enjoy those great menus, sat outside with the sea breeze, with very attentive service, very few folks out there -it felt like private dining and is a way around the limits for how many times you can use the A la Carte restaurants in a week. Bars: never had to wait long to be served at any bar, the Lobby bar had the friendliest of staff and they were very good, skilled at making intricate cocktails and just all round wonderful. We used the bar at the Harmony side pools during the day with a mix of “sunbed service” and up to the bar. Good fun most of the time but sometimes a little muted behind the bar. The two staff who walked the sunloungers were both excellent and I’m only sad that I don’t recall their names: one lady and one lad. Try the Miami Vice shots for a little fun! Pool and beach: we only used the pool on Harmony side – was nice and clean and perfect temperature to cool down in the heat. Never an issue getting sunloungers but we are early risers, but even allowing for that there were plenty. Sargassum absolutely ruined what looked to be two lovely beaches. It also spoiled the snorkelling somewhat when we went on a Sail and Snorkel trip (although that trip was such good fun). Room: the room was fine, we were on the first floor with a partial ocean view – I wouldn’t waste your money on a full ocean view as this was great. The bed was very comfortable, room was clean and well appointed, mini fridge was full of bottled water, bathroom was nice, storage was plentiful. Aircon was amazing! Entertainment: main entertainment nights at the Splash pool, we only saw the Country night and this was fantastic: really good singers and dancers, really engaging and a great outside buffet. Other entertainment in the lobby bar was mixed but generally fine. One big gripe: If you are checking out late: 1) you’re unlikely to get a room extension, 2) there’s no lounge or other accommodation for freshening up and getting ready for a long trip home after a day around the pool. You have to use the public toilets and showers between the lobby and the Splash side and then, if its raining, as it was on our last day, you just hang out in the lobby with your belongings all around. For a wonderful hotel I think this is poor and took the shine off of what had been a fantastic stay. Overall, we loved our stay here, for a family of four with two young adults plus my wife and I, it really fit the bill. A lovely constant sea breeze took the edge off the heat and was perfect as we sat and enjoyed an early cuppa in the morning in the lobby bar. Plenty of restaurant choices, nice staff, good bars (including premium spririts) with great cocktails. The hotel was full, but never felt like it – really good design means there’s lots of space and you’re never on top of one another. I highly recommend the Coconut Bay and we will hopefully return – thankyou for a great holiday.

Fun in the Sun Love this resort. Everyone was so nice, and pleasant. We were greeted with warm greetings and drinks. Food was amazing. Snack bar was very tasty from salads, pizza, to chicken nuggets and fries and whole lot more. Entertainment every night. Kept us busy with many different things to do. Staff at kids club was so nice. My 10 year old daughter had a ball. She did tie dye shirts, jewelry making and visit the petting zoo on site. Overall our stay was absolutely amazing. I love St. Lucia. I definitely want to thank a few of the staff members who made are stay wonderful. Thank you Dahlia, Lanel and the rest of the ladies in concierge. Thank you Maxwell at the excursions desk. Thank you Gania, Quincy and Nica and the rest of the waiters and bartenders. Thank you Pearl, Moesha, Angel, and Nadesha in keeping our rooms cleaned morning and night. I really enjoyed my stay and was able to participate in some of the contest they had. Participated in a drink contest where you had to make the best drink. Winner will win a surprise and the drink will be posted on their drink menu at the bar. I won. My drink is called Cocososeductive and hopefully it will remain up until the next time I visit.

Coconut Bay 2026: 3rd and WILL not Be the Last Time 3rd time visitors and warmth from your staff that was expected was ABSOLUTELY given. Our family of 8 (6 adults and 2 children) stayed from 22nd August to the 29th August 2026. We were very pleased to see the updated rooms and our choice of Garden siden rooms still remains superior for us as we were able to access the splash pools, lazy river and the water park with ease. Their standards certainly did not drop as the place was always clean as tou will expect from a resort of this level. Cbay did not dissapoint with thier packed entertainment as everynight was an event of some sort. Please give your entertainment team our fullest appreciation as they ensured that no one was left out as they provided an inclusive atmosphere. As per usual the Atlantic side where this property sits is not really conducive for sea bathing as sargasm is an issue that all of the caribben face. However, for those who are in to water sports should be pleased is it can get very windy out there. One thing to note, I suggest increasing the amount of dryers in your laundry room back to at least two cause I do remember when there was more that one. Playing musical close drying was interesting but atleast was was able to meet other guests. I am already planning our next visit.

Coconut Bay = Paradise A special shoutout to Vernon, Gania, Donnage, Sharnil,Tyron and Evelyn! Vernon deserves a special mention for the aqua aerobics — his energy, personality and enthusiasm made it so much fun and definitely one of the highlights of our stay! Gania, Sharnil, Tyron,Donnage and Evelyn were also absolutely amazing — always so welcoming, friendly and attentive. They genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience and made us feel right at home. Everyone we met was so lovely and the whole resort has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It’s the people who really make a holiday memorable, and the C Bay team definitely did that for us! This was our second time staying at C Bay, and after such a fantastic experience, we will definitely be back for a third time!

Coconut Bay Resort is fantastic. My husband and I stayed at Coconut Bay resort for our 35th anniversary last week. This resort deserves more than a 5 star rating. I have never had customer service like this. Every single person who works there are the most accommodating, kind, loving and genuinely wonderful people. The resort was perfect. Everything that we wanted and needed to make our 6 days wonderful the staff made sure that we got it. The food!!! Incredible!! Every meal was delicious. The food tasted like it was made with love. I have trouble walking long distances. The nurses room had wheelchairs for us to use for our entire stay which meant everything to me. The fitness center was also incredible. Th resort was also very clean and well maintained. Everyone should treat themselves and go to St. Lucia and stay at The Coconut Bay Resort.

Take me back An Exceptional Stay at Coconut Bay Resort (5th-13th August 2026) Our stay at Coconut Bay Resort from 5th to 13th August 2026 was truly unforgettable from start to finish. From the moment we arrived in Saint Lucia, we were warmly greeted by Cletus at the airport. He instantly made us feel cared for and welcomed. Although the drive to the resort was quite long, it was very informative, and his knowledge of the island made the journey enjoyable. Upon arriving at Coconut Bay Resort, we were met with genuine warmth and hospitality. Check-in was smooth, quick, and informative. The delicious coconut rum punch and refreshing cold towels were the perfect welcome after our travels. Our accommodation was comfortable, spacious, and relaxing, providing the perfect place to unwind after a day of activities. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, and the pools were fantastic. The water temperature was always just right, making it easy to spend hours relaxing by the pool. Breakfast was consistently excellent, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. The dinners were equally impressive, with every restaurant providing high-quality food, great service, and enjoyable dining experiences. As someone with a shellfish allergy, I was especially impressed by the attention to detail from the resort's staff. Every restaurant was informed of my allergy ahead of time, and the staff consistently checked ingredients and ensured my meals were prepared safely. This gave me complete confidence and allowed me to enjoy every dining experience without concern. A special thank you to Fee, Solange, Kailen, Roney, and John, who were always friendly, attentive, and professional. Their warmth and dedication helped make our holiday even more memorable. Home away from home with wonderful, memorable experience My husband and I had a wonderful experience. We met some beautiful, kind, wonderful and loving workers, who we would like to mention, their names are Christie by the bar, Michi by the tour reservation, serving area: Shaka, Lovina, Nissa, Shekina, Travis. Other great knowledgeable and friendly workers are: Billy,Sydney. In general the atmosphere was friendly, homely and welcoming. This resort was tranquil, clean and quiet. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family when we get back home.

Love We absolutely loved our time at Coconut Bay Beach Resort! The resort is beautiful, and fun. The pools were warm, and the water slides kept my kids busy. We had plenty to do between the pools, lazy river, water slides, daily and nightly activities at the resort, shuttles to local beaches, and an excursion around the island. It was a wonderful spot for our family to enjoy the water, soak up the sun, and make memories together. We would definitely recommend Coconut Bay Beach Resort to anyone looking for a Caribbean getaway—especially families.

We Come for St. Lucia, but We Come Back for the People ❤️ We have been coming to St. Lucia for years, and there is a reason we continue to come back. The resort is amazing, but for us, it has become about so much more than the beach. It’s the people. Every single time, it’s the people. Shakira and Billi at the front desk are the beautiful faces that greet you when you arrive, and they immediately make you feel like you’re home. They are sweet, courteous, incredibly accommodating, and always genuinely happy to see us. After coming here for so many years, seeing their familiar faces when we arrive feels like the beginning of another visit home. Then there are the bartenders—Zania, Dillon, Jamal, and Thomas. Oh my goodness, these guys! 😂 We’ve been coming so often that we can simply walk up and they already know exactly what we want to drink. They remember us, laugh with us, take care of us, and make us feel like so much more than guests. And if you’re worried about the sea grass, please don’t let that keep you from coming. They work incredibly hard to take care of something that is simply part of nature here in St. Lucia. Walk about five minutes down the beach and you’ll find an amazing little tiki hut. That’s where you’ll find Jamal, and trust me, it’s worth the walk! And be sure to ask him about the pink strawberry Starburst. 😂 Then there is our other Shakira, who works lunch and also at Flip Flops. She is absolutely wonderful. She greets us with hugs and that same beautiful smile every time we come back. She greets our children like family and has literally watched them grow up over the years. There is something incredibly special about returning to a place and having someone welcome your children back year after year and remember them as they grow. The wonderful lady at the burger stand makes some of the best burgers you’ll ever have. She is always so sweet and welcoming and is another one of those familiar faces we look forward to seeing every time we come back. And Tom, who does the animals, is another familiar face we absolutely love seeing. He is always friendly, welcoming, and wonderful with our kids love how he’s caring for the animals. Go visit the petting zoo. I also have to mention how incredibly well this resort is taken care of. The rooms are always extremely clean, nice and cool, and the beds are amazingly comfortable. After a long day in the sun, you can come back to a cool, clean room and a bed that you actually look forward to sleeping in. The entire resort is kept very clean, and they truly go out of their way to take care of everything. They even spray for mosquitoes! It’s those little details that you notice after staying here again and again. There honestly doesn’t seem to be anything they haven’t thought of when it comes to making their guests comfortable and taking care of the property. Over the years, these incredible people have been part of so many pieces of our family’s story. They have celebrated birthdays and anniversaries with us, watched our children grow, and shared more amazing memories with us than we could ever count. When you return year after year and the same people are there hugging you, remembering your family, remembering your drinks, and celebrating life’s special moments right alongside you, they stop feeling like people who work at a resort. They become family. And that is why we come back. You can find beautiful beaches all over the Caribbean. You can find beautiful resorts. But you cannot manufacture people who genuinely make you feel like they are happy to see you again. Honestly, it’s not even the beach that keeps bringing us back anymore. It’s them. We come back because walking into this resort feels like coming home. These aren’t just employees whose names we remember. They are people we look forward to seeing. They are woven into our memories of St. Lucia and into our family’s memories over the years. St. Lucia may be paradise, but these people are what make it feel like home. ❤️

Great venue for my 70th Just had a fantastic week at Coconut Bay to celebrate my 70th. We went as a party of 10 with ages ranging from 6 to 71. All ages were catered for and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Special shout to Seendy and Marquis in the restaurant who looked after us and went beyond the call of duty. The short trip from the airport is a great plus if you are travelling with small children. The slides and lazy river were great for the kids. The Jerk Treehouse was a great place and the kids enjoyed the Flip Flop for quick takeaway.

We had another amazing stay at Coconut Bay in St. Lucia and honestly couldn’t fault it! The beautiful location, atmosphere, food and overall experience were fantastic, but what really made our stay special was the incredible staff. 🌴☀️🇱🇨 A special shoutout to Vernon, Gania, Donnage and Evelyn! ❤️ Vernon deserves a special mention for the aqua aerobics — his energy, personality and enthusiasm made it so much fun and definitely one of the highlights of our stay! 🥰🫶🏾 Gania, Donnage and Evelyn were also absolutely amazing — always so welcoming, friendly and attentive. They genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience and made us feel right at home.🫶🏾 Everyone we met was so lovely and the whole resort has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Excellent for a Large Multigenerational Group Our group of approximately 50 guests travelled from Trinidad and Tobago, Canada and the United States for a wedding. Guests stayed on both the Splash and Harmony sides of Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa. From the moment we arrived, we received VIP treatment. We were welcomed by carnival-inspired characters and the sweet sounds of calypso, which immediately created a warm and festive atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth, and most members of our large group were able to access their rooms several hours before the official check-in time. The renovated rooms on the Harmony side were modern, comfortable and well equipped, with several convenient options for charging electronic devices. The beds were extremely comfortable, and once the doors and windows were closed, the rooms were quiet and peaceful. However, two members of our group stayed in adjoining rooms on the Splash side, close to an area undergoing renovations. Construction noise was an issue for them, so guests may wish to confirm their room location while renovations are taking place. Based on feedback from our group, the food was generally very good, and even the buffet received high marks. The Italian restaurant was extremely busy on the night I visited, resulting in slow kitchen service and a waitstaff that appeared overwhelmed. The best meal I had was breakfast at the Veranda. The food and service were phenomenal, and the team there deserves special recognition. We selected Coconut Bay because it promised activities and entertainment for children and adults alike, and it did not disappoint. There was enough variety to keep our multigenerational group entertained throughout the stay. The beach directly in front of the resort was not usable during our visit. The hotel provides a twice daily excursion to nearby Labordee beach, which became another memorable family outing. Overall, Coconut Bay was an excellent choice for our large wedding group. The welcoming atmosphere, comfortable Harmony rooms, good food, range of activities and accommodating staff helped to create a memorable experience for guests of all ages.

Had a fantastic stay and a great time at Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa! Highly recommend for a fun, exciting, relaxing vacay getaway! We came as a couple for our very first vacay getaway together but met many couples, families and solos during our stay. The resort was clean, comfy and safe! The staff were nice and accommodating and the atmosphere, amenities and entertainment were enjoyable, exciting, fun & relaxing! Our room was clean, comfortable and tidy thanks to Valdez. And just incase you happen to have the occasional maintenance or mishap arise, you can count on the help of Samuel and Ali so thank you guys! We found the food and beverage options to be great! Something always available whether it be day or night. Depending on what your wanting, in the mood for or feeling at the time, from the buffets, to the specialty and fine dining restaurants and the convenience of the pool hot spots for a snack or quick bite to eat. The alcohol selection, specialty drinks, access to bars and quick service were top notch compared to other resorts that either of us had stayed in prior! And having the swim up pool bar and the rooftop fire pits and loungers were awesome! Thank you Nica, Marco, Elfie, Elfina and Mariska for your attention and quick service! The entertainment options were plenty, they offer so much for everyone to enjoy! Multiple pools to choose from, jacuzzi, lazy river, water slides, splash pads, kids zones, live entertainment, activities & shows, DJ’s & music, rooftop fire pits and loungers, bars all over, romantic cabana’s, gazebo’s, shopping boutiques, excursions & of course the spa. We really, really enjoyed having our breakfast on the veranda overlooking the resort and water, the specialty dining, the themed buffet entertainment nights & of course the jerk chicken treehouse hut! Lastly, something we found really unique about the resort that either of us have ever encountered was the animal rescue. Jenny, Po, Ciara and Tom you guys are doing something really amazing! Being an animal lover myself, it was so nice to see the happy healthy birds, dogs and donkeys grazing, visiting and roaming freely amongst the property. Thanks so much to all the staff for such a great vacay getaway! We look forward to our next visit!

Wow! Where do I begin? This trip was first to celebrate the completion of my Masters (May 2026) and also a fun-filled girls trip with 4 other ladies I know very well. The island is truly one of a kind and the experience is as well. The food is highly tasty and fresh with much variety. The pools are very clean and warm. Staff service is always willing to help aid at any time and or hour. The staff is very welcoming and accomodating to the point they will even go with you to places you are unsure or unfamiliar with. I want to give a huge shoutout to our driver Jonard! He helped us out the entire trip beingour driver 4 times! Whether to the airport, to the local shops, to the Friday Fish Market (please do go) and anywhere else we desired. He is so sweet and a big help. Such a needed vacation of time, warm weather, laugh, enjoyment and enterntainment. Would love yo go back again and recommend it.

My family and I had a great time during our stay. Only a few minutes away from the airport, we were greeted by the incredibly friendly staff from the beginning of our trip to the very end. Shout out to our housekeeper Rosie, Jedi the bartender and the experiences team! Highlights: The Caribbean food (esp the Jerk house and oxtail), the cocktails, pools and lounge chairs (plenty of space and well maintained). The resort activities like foam party and trivia were fun. Negatives: The newly renovated rooms were nice, but missing a vent in the bathroom. This made it super humid. Some dishes at Silk did not taste good.

Our recent stay at Coconut Bay was truly memorable, and much of that is because of the incredible staff who made our family feel so welcome. A special mention goes to Emani at reception. He is genuinely one of the sweetest people we met during our stay. He took ownership of a concern I raised and did everything within his power to resolve it. His kindness, professionalism and care did not go unnoticed. Ms Mary, the omelette queen during breakfast, completely changed my opinion on omelettes. Fun fact: I don’t usually like omelettes at all, but for two weeks straight she made the most delicious omelettes I’ve ever had. She greeted everyone with a smile every morning and brought so much joy to breakfast. Shakina, the breakfast hostess with the mostest, deserves huge recognition. She welcomed guests warmly every day and ensured everyone was looked after. Even during the busiest periods, she managed the dining floor with grace and professionalism. The staff seemed happy, motivated and passionate, which speaks volumes about her leadership. Our housekeeper, Cassey, kept our room immaculate and regularly left beautiful notes that made our stay feel extra special. Genia at Calabash was simply wonderful. He helped calm our son during a tantrum, entertained the children, and lifted our spirits as parents when we were feeling overwhelmed. He made sure our entire family had a fantastic evening and went above and beyond for both the adults and the children. Quincy looked after us during dinner service with warmth and a constant smile, always making us feel valued and cared for. Billy in the market area was honest, kind and helpful. She ensured I received fair prices and genuinely looked after me when purchasing items. Her integrity was refreshing. Maryse from the duty-free boutiques on both the ground and first floor became my favourite person to shop with. She was easy-going, customer-focused and incredibly helpful. Her suggestions helped me find several items I had been struggling to locate, and she truly has a beautiful soul. Overall, the people were amazing, the atmosphere was buzzing, the food was delicious, the hotel was immaculate, and the entertainment was some of the best we have ever experienced. Coconut Bay is a resort that I would highly recommend. However, there was one significant issue that personally affected our family. On several occasions, security staff treated my father-in-law disrespectfully, seemingly assuming he was “just a driver.” I encouraged my father-in-law to explain that he was family, but he gently reminded me that no Saint Lucian should be treated differently based on their role or appearance. He was absolutely right. I raised these concerns with reception, who handled the matter with genuine care and did their best to address it. Unfortunately, on our final day, a similar incident occurred again. As visitors with strong family ties to Saint Lucia, this experience was deeply upsetting, particularly because it involved one of our elders. Had I been an uninformed tourist without local connections, I may never have noticed this issue and would likely have returned without hesitation. Sadly, because of this experience, we will not be returning. That said, the incredible staff members mentioned above deserve every bit of recognition for the warmth, care and hospitality they showed our family throughout our stay.

I rate this 5 stars because I went to a restaurant in the resort (Calabash) and it was amazing. First we have the waiter Shannil he was kind and funny st the same time. The chefs made some really good food. I had the catch of the day fish and mashed potatoes. Definitely recommend 👌.

One of the best resorts we have been to!!!!! What a great vacation! The short ride from the airport to the resort was one of the deciding factors in choosing Coconut Bay Resort. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink and a cool towel to freshen our face. And, that wonderful customer service continued throughout our entire stay. Marquis was our first wait staff and was super attentive. Shekina was always smiling! And, Kianda at the front desk is awesome! So polite and willing to answer our crazy questions! Our room attendant was Olivia. We enjoyed her daily notes! Loved that there were food stations in the main dining room and that it was spread out! We did eat at some of the specialty restaurants, which was also very good. We learned that the resort was at capacity but it never felt crowded. As a matter of fact, several times we had a pool to ourselves (10 of us). Our group booked some excursions. The buggies with "Snoop" and "Tupac" and company was fun AND educational! The only disappointment was the amount of algae (nothing the resort can control) but the resort is constantly cleaning it up. And, they do have a beach within walking distance (or they will drive you there on a golf cart) that is nice. We rented a cabana and it was definitely worth it! This is the first resort that I was ever introduced to the general manager (John) and saw him around everywhere making sure things were being done. Even saw him cleaning something up off the floor (he cleaned it...did not look for one of the other employees to clean it). Definitely recommend Coconut Bay! Thank you for going above and beyond for your visitors!!!

We loved Coconut Bay! We wish the daytime events were more focused on because we would've loved to play games and mix up our usual activities. All the staff was so kind and amazing. Everyone we interacted with, including the people who took us on our excursions, were full of life and so informative. The excursions were amazing and beautiful and we loved getting to see the culture and other parts of the island. The bars were so fun and the bartenders were always making sure we were having the best time and being taken care of. The food was great, but we would have loved more traditional seasoning to the type of food that was being served and more salt. The pasta at the dinner buffet was amazing! Our favorite dinner was Silk, it was delicious!!!! We wish there was more fish overall for food options. Overall, everything was great! The rooms were clean, the food and drinks were good, location was perfect, and the staff was the best! I couldn't recommend Coconut Bay enough.
