What to Eat
Coconut Bay’s Premium All-Inclusive package offers nine different dining options, ranging from uber-casual to reservation-only fine dining. Starting at the casual end of the spectrum, we have the Beach Grill next to our swim-up pool bar for made-to-order grilled favorites, The Jerk Treehouse (Caribbean chicken and pork), and our main restaurant, Coconut Walk Marketplace. Coconut Walk has a bit of everything on its international menu. Our other restaurants include Silk (Asian cuisine), Calabash (Creole/Caribbean), and Capri (Italian), which all require reservations. All these great dining options are included at no charge. We also offer fine dining options at La Luna (Oceanside) and The Greathouse for a nominal fee.
What to Drink
Your drinks are on the house at Coconut Bay, and we make ordering your favorite cocktail a breeze with our seven different bars throughout the resort, including the swim-up bar in our Splash resort which is uniquely designed with a section for adults and kids only. When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by our newly renovated and expanded 360-degree lobby bar. The new and improved lobby bar includes a gazebo and fire-pit seating complete with smoking and non-smoking sections. Our other indoor bars include the dazzling Blu Bar and Peter John’s Lounge.
Our outdoor bars include the Harmony Pool bar, the Splash Pool Bar, the Swim-Up Pool Bar, and our newest Paradise Beach Bar. We stock a rum list of more than 30 rums, many of which are produced right here in Saint Lucia. We also offer extensive liquor and wine lists, both of which are available on our website. As part of our Premium All-Inclusive Package, Premium, top-shelf liquors such as Johnny Walker Black, Chivas Regal, Crown Royal, Jim Beam, Glenfiddich 12, Eldorado 15 Rum, Courvoisier, Tanqueray 10, Patron Tequila, Grey Goose, Jagermeister, Grand Marnier, Cointreau are included AT NO CHARGE!
Where to Make a Splash
Coconut Bay is also home to CocoLand, Saint Lucia’s largest waterpark and Kidz Klub. Our waterpark is home to a winding 1,500-foot lazy river, a water fountain playground just for little ones, and three thrilling waterslides. Our pride and joy is the fully enclosed Coconut Canon, our fastest waterslide that splashes down through our waterfall and into the plunge pool.
Where to Have an Adventure
Our resort is brimming with activities to choose from. If you’re up for some watersports like kitesurfing, head over to our Surf Shack to take lessons and rent the equipment you’ll need. Other watersports included in our premium all-inclusive are: Kayaking, stand-up paddle board and snorkeling with instruction as needed!
