FREE wedding cannot be combined with any other sale or promotion. FREE weddings are conducted Monday through Wednesday at 11:00 am ONLY except holidays and special occasion dates at the Wedding Gazebo. *All wedding packages are subject to Government document and license fees in the amount of US$495. Upgrade fees apply (US$395 ceremony only/US $595 ceremony & reception not including transportation) for guests who purchase Emerald package and wish to upgrade their ceremony location to Eternity Beach. All rates quoted in US$ are subject to change without notice. *Package rates and fees are based on wedding guests (including Bride and Groom) staying in accommodations at the resort. Nightly accommodations are not included in package price. Additional fees will apply for any wedding guests who are NOT staying in resort accommodations. In order to meet the high standards we set to create your dream wedding celebration, Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa can only be responsible for the work of the resort’s wedding planners, approved and resort-contracted vendors, and resort photographer. If the Bridal Party chooses to use a third-party vendor not approved or contracted by our resort for any aspect of an event(s), Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa is not responsible for overseeing the third-party vendor’s work at any time before, during or after the contracted event(s). The Bridal Party will also be charged a fee of US$500 for each outside vendor not approved or contracted by Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa.
