We’ll kick your vacation off right with a personal greeting, complete with cold, scented towels; welcome cocktails and sparkling wine; private check-in; and a personal escort to your room. Upon arrival to your room, your escort will review your in-room bar and take any requests you might have to personalize your premium liquor selection.
During your stay, take advantage of our knowledgeable concierge to assist with planning your vacation, including making dinner reservations, booking services at our beachfront spa, and scheduling island tours. You’ll experience the utmost luxury in your room with complimentary robes, slippers, and Wi-Fi. Of course, we have plenty of attractive concierge amenities for our young and young-at-heart guests staying in our fun-filled Splash wing as well. Our Splash concierge special starts you off with a family welcome pack to introduce you to the resort and all the things we have to offer parents and kids. Every day, we’ll hand deliver a themed family amenity to your room — open your door to a surprise every afternoon!
We’ll also give the kids a private CocoLand Kidz Klub orientation to get them excited about all the adventures and activities that await. You and the kids are invited to join us for our weekly hayride and beach bonfire available to all our splash guests. We also invite you and the family to let out your inner buccaneer at our weekly pirate-themed dinner in the Kidz Klub, which is free to all our concierge guests and available at extra cost and only upon availability for non-concierge guests. Parents, if you want to get some alone time, we’ll assist you in arranging private babysitting services available for an extra fee.
