While all of our drinks at Coconut Bay offer a tasty adventure, there are four guest favorites that are must-try’s when you’re at the resort. Here’s a rundown of these top picks, complete with recipes so you can sample them at home (though they taste better on the island!)
- Dirty Banana: Blend 1.5-oz Chairman’s Reserve white rum, 1.5-oz Wenneker crème de cacao, 1-oz milk, 1-oz coconut cream, 1 banana, and ice. Garnish a glass with chocolate syrup, pour your blended beverage in, and top with a slice of banana and two cherries on a skewer.
- Coconut Cloud: Blend 1-oz coconut rum, 1-oz blue curacao, 1-oz coconut cream, 1.5-oz milk, and ice. Garnish with grated coconut on top and a cherry.
- Crazy Coconut: Fill a glass with ice and add ½-oz Bounty gold rum, ½-oz coconut rum, ½-oz white vodka, ¼-oz amaretto, ¼-oz blue curacao, 1-oz orange juice, and 3-oz pineapple juice. Garnish with a fresh lime.
- Dollar Wine: Fill a glass with ice. Add 1-oz Bounty lime rum, ½-oz triple sec, a squeeze of fresh lime juice, and Sprite to fill the glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
