One thing we’re very proud of at Coconut Bay is how many of our guests return to our resort for another stay…and another, and another. We pride ourselves on offering a world-class, all-inclusive Caribbean experience that is so good you can’t help but come back for more. 1. The All-New Jerk Treehouse
Our newest restaurant is a celebration of Caribbean cuisine and has gotten rave reviews from our guests. The Jerk Treehouse serves up tasty pork and chicken dishes glazed with the chef’s spicy secret jerk sauce. We also offer fresh-squeezed sugar cane juice and coconut water to tame the flame of that spice!
2. 85-Acre Playground
You could never leave the resort once during your vacation here, and you probably still wouldn’t run out of things to do. Coconut Bay’s sprawling campus is 85 acres of tropical fun, including Saint Lucia’s largest waterpark, a full-service spa, two separate resort wings, seven bars, five pools, and eight on-site restaurants.
3. Coconut Bay’s One-Mile Beach
One of the many perks of staying with us is that you get convenient access to Coconut Bay’s one-mile-long beach. Rather than having to fight the crowds trying to make your way to the beach, you can enjoy the peace and pristine sands of our shores that are just steps from your room.
4. Yoga with Vernon
Every day you’ll find a full schedule of land and water activities from which to choose, including yoga and Pilates classes. Our yoga and Pilates instructor, Vernon, is second to none. Come say namasté (I bow to you) to Vernon next time you’re here to see for yourself!
5. Marvelous Mixologists
Every one of our seven bars is manned by charming mixologists who will whip you up an original cocktail that will knock your socks off. They’ll also entertain you all the while! Our most popular signature cocktails include the Coconut Cloud, Dirty Banana, and Cocotini!
6. Convenient Location
After taking a long flight, the last thing you want to do is have to take a long car ride to get to your resort. You won’t have to bother with any of that when you stay with us. Hewanorra International Airport at Vieux Fort (UVF) is five minutes away from our resort, and we offer free airport transportation.
7. Rotating Deck Chairs
The last thing you want to be doing while you’re trying to catch some rays is continually getting up to move your chair to get the best angles. At Coconut Bay, the Harmony SUNTRACKER Beds have a rope with a handle so you can easily turn your chair to face the sun throughout the day!
8. Pool Selection
We have five pools total, so we have a pool for everyone. We have two adults only pools, a kid-friendly pool, a pool with a swim-up bar, and pools surrounded by hammocks and sundecks for couples.
