Think about choosing a window seat on the left side of the plane (when facing forward) and that view may just include a sweeping aerial panorama of our UNESCO World Heritage Piton Mountains. There is nothing formulaic about our resort. We’re independently owned and operated, not part of a corporate chain and that’s the mood our friendly staff works to provide, a casual, personalized, authentic Caribbean experience. You have a wide choice of dining selections at our nine indoor and outdoor dining venues, all including a dash of Saint Lucian Creole along with the freshest local ingredients from the catch of the day and cassava to mango and green fig. No matter what your preferences or dietary requirements, gluten free, dairy free, vegan to name a few, our team will serve you delicious, personalized meals. While you’re enjoying the sea and sand make sure you stop by the Jerk Tree House sitting poolside in a large sea grape tree for mouth-tingling jerk, roasted breadfruit, fried festival, and freshly squeezed sugarcane juice. We also incorporate local ingredients like Saint Lucian cocoa, calabash, rum and our very own spiced coconut milk body lotion in rejuvenating therapies at our oceanfront Sanctuary Spa.
Bartenders at our seven bars are mixing fresh juices and Saint Lucia’s award-winning rums and top shelf liquors for you to sip poolside or in an over the water hammock rocked by soft waves. You’ll also want to stop by our Sugar Cane Rum Bar in our air-conditioned Peter John’s Lounge to try rums from around the Caribbean as well as Saint Lucia, it’s the largest collection on the island. You’ll also want to join in for our weekly Caribbean Rum Tasting to learn about the history of this famed libation and how it’s made. And only available here in Saint Lucia and the Caribbean is our Piton Beer, the perfect, refreshing sip and your costar in a must-have souvenir selfie taken on our Catamaran Snorkeling Cruise to reefs surrounding the Pitons. Our many authentic Caribbean experiences are also unique to Saint Lucia. In addition to the Pitons, you won’t want to miss the steaming Drive-In Volcano, nature’s ultimate therapy at the Mud Baths and our rainforests lush with mahogany trees and heliconia flowers, hummingbirds and bananaquits.
Our refreshing breeze not only cools you off but at our Surf Shack will lift you into the air. Saint Lucia’s winds make our Surf Shack beach a world-class staging area for kitesurfing. If you prefer to stay a bit more down-to-earth there are stand up paddle boards, kayaks, and windsurfers to take for a spin. Go for a stroll on our mile-long beach and stop at the Paradise Beach Bar for always great company and cold refreshments, you’ll probably want to stay a while.
You also won’t want to miss our Caribbean Night Dinner and Entertainment poolside at Splash. The menu boasts a full array of BBQ and local dishes that will have you coming back for more while the live entertainment will have you on your feet. There are fire breathers, stilt walkers, limbo dancers, steel pan players and so much more.
