Spring is only a few weeks away, which means summer is not far behind. You may be stuck in the winter doldrums for just a little longer, but why wait to give yourself an energizing glimpse of summer by booking your Coconut Bay vacation now?
The peak tourist season in St. Lucia wraps up in April, which means rates drop significantly as we head into the summer months. May through August is a great time to visit us, as we have attractive summer specials. Here’s what you can look forward to by springing into summer 2017!
If you book now for travel from April 17th through June 30th, you can get deluxe garden-view rooms at our Splash resort and our Harmony resort. If you want to upgrade to our concierge rooms for the same travel window, you can get a low rate per person for either Splash or Harmony – click here for more rates information.
If you’re looking to travel later in the summer — July 1st through August 31st — deluxe garden-view rooms for both resorts and concierge rooms in are also now at a great rate. Book now to cash in on these sizzling summer savings!
Coconut Bay has become a popular summer vacation destination for families, and we like to pull out all the stops in our kid-approved Splash accommodations. You and the family will enjoy everything Splash has to offer: kid-friendly evening activities, 50,000 square foot Kidz Klub, water fountain playground, and CocoLand, St. Lucia’s largest waterpark.
In fact, if you book a summer stay for seven nights or longer, you can enjoy $500 in resort credits which can be used for discounts in the spa, on tours and in the resort boutique.
Those of you planning on traveling in May are in for a special treat — St. Lucia’s world-famous annual jazz festival runs May 12th through the 14th. The event culminates in a huge concert on May 14th, Mother’s Day, at Pigeon Island National Landmark. The festival features native St. Lucian jazz musicians as well as those from the Caribbean and around the world.
Coming later in the year? No worries! St. Lucia never sleeps. Some of the most popular upcoming events include the Saint Lucian Carnival which takes place from June – July, the Food & Rum Festival on August 24th through the 27th and of course, the Arts & Heritage Festival in October.
The end of winter is finally in sight, and it’s never too early to start looking forward to summer. We look forward to seeing you soon!
